Willow Began
With Manufacturing.

Our manufacturing experience became one of the foundations of how we approach interior execution — from design through to installation and serviceability.

Modular Products
for Every Room.

Willow manufactures modular products used across its interior projects — designed for repeatability, serviceability and finish consistency.

From Material to
Packaged Component.

Every component follows a documented manufacturing sequence. The process is designed to be repeatable — so quality is consistent across every project.

How We Build.

Willow's manufacturing approach is built around repeatability, documentation and continuous improvement — not just production volume.

Production uses high-end machinery maintained through regular cleaning and servicing schedules.

Repeatable manufacturing means the same finish quality across every component in a project.

Adhesive testing, material evaluation and process development happen continuously through real project work.

Assembly follows documented sequences. Custom dimensions do not require a completely custom method every time.

Installation follows the same documented approach as manufacturing — reducing site variation.

Products are designed so components can be removed and replaced without unnecessarily damaging the surrounding system.

Built In,
Not Checked After.

Quality control at Willow happens throughout the manufacturing process — not only at the end. Issues are resolved at the factory, before components reach the installation site.

More Than
Factory-Made.

For Willow, a product is modular when any component can be removed and replaced without unnecessarily damaging the surrounding system.

That requires thinking about design, manufacturing, assembly, installation and future service as one connected system — not as separate stages.

Custom dimensions can still follow standardised manufacturing methods.

We Decided Not to Make the Same Mistake Twice.

Every project teaches us something. When a process fails, a material underperforms or an execution problem repeats, we investigate why, document what we learn and improve the system.

That approach to manufacturing and execution eventually contributed to EIS — Ennezz Interior Standards.

EIS is Willow's internal documentation of manufacturing and execution standards developed through real project work.

Our manufacturing — common questions

Yes. The modular products used in our interior projects are made in our own manufacturing unit in JP Nagar, Bangalore, then installed by our team.

Material, preparation, machining, finishing, edge banding, assembly, quality control and packaging. Every component follows the same documented sequence, so finish quality stays consistent across a project.

Throughout manufacturing, not only at the end — issues are resolved at the factory before components reach the site, with pre-dispatch quality checks before anything is packed.

EIS is Willow’s internal documentation of manufacturing and execution standards, developed through real project work. It is an internal framework, not an official industry standard.

Yes. Designers, architects and builders work with us as a manufacturing and execution partner — they handle the design and the client relationship, and we handle production and installation.
